Well I went to the gym tonight!I did 3 fitness tests on three machines. One said i was elite (does anyone know what this means) and two said that my fitness level was "very low" Im not too impressed.. I think I did an absolutely splendid job (of looking like a complete and utter nob ed!) and would love to go again soon (next year will do..) The only bad thing was I happened to stumble on one of my ex's (ugly bastard) while there who I am pleased to report, looked as though he could have crawled up his own ass... (most of my exs do... I dont think they like the thought of been associated with me!)

Wish your last ex would crawl up his own ass.. sadly, even though he had a MASSIVE head, his slack ass was even bigger so he'd just fall back out. As for that matt bloke, tres pretty... tres a cunt! I agree about the massive head comment, made me giggle, he has a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp which has simultaneousy been hit in the face by a large spade.
As for the gym, I myself am going to venture there tomorrow, I havent stepped foot in a gym for about a year so i will probably be coming back out in an ambulance/coffin due to the heartattack i will have when i step foot on the steppers!
Well Ill be honest, they not only have steppers, but proper Stairs that you climb up.. Unfortunately, I didnt take kindly to this strange invention of stairs and nearly ended up going flat on my face..
I think you are both very cruel about my ex Ade. He was beautiful... No matter what they say.. And believe me they said.. Quite often!! :-P As for matt, I saw him last night and althou the poncey photos he used to take made him look nice, I noticed he actually has a head like a big round football.. Much like that of he who shall not be named actually! I looked last night and just thought eww... Made me miss Richard a lil tho cos i wanted to show him off (altho im not sure snogging him in front of the whole gym would have gone down too well!)

Anyhoo, i agree with the bulldog eatin a wasp... i think the wasp may have rolled in shit though, and also i think he may have had an allergic reaction to the wasp which would explain the whole 'elephant man' look. As for sayin he was 'beautiful', i'll put that down to you feelin ill today. May be cruel about him but we both kno what a c@nt he was. Grrr. Was meant to meet him the other week but i couldnt make it :( Defo gonna meet him soon. Me thinks u not like Itchy for some reason... Ive read u moanin about him a few times now.
